Arto holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management (M.Sc. in IEM) from Aalto University
He has a extensive experience and knowledge in leading innovation, running R&D, developing new businesses & start-ups and creating partnerships globally
He has over 15 years experience from TMT industry, strong background in entrepreneurship & startup environment and have worked in (e.g. China, South Korea & Sweden) and with other foreign countries over 10 years in global leadership positions
He has double role in China. He is the Head of Innovation at Business Finland (ex. TEKES - The Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation) and responsible for innovation cooperation operations in mainland China and Counsellor of Science, Technology and Innovation at the Embassy of Finland in Beijing
