个人简介

JOSÉ ROBERTO DE ANDRADE FILHO
Counsellor, career diplomat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil;
Bachelor and MSc degrees in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo;
Head of the Section of Science, Technology and Innovation at the Embassy of Brazil in Beijing, since February 2019;
In the course of his diplomatic career, served in different posts in Geneva, Switzerland, (following global health at World Health Organization), La Paz, Bolivia (trade promotion) and Colombia (consular affairs and in a mission following the peace process with armed groups);
Speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French, Danish and English.
